Through the Lens

I’m an amateur wildlife photographer based in Eugene, Oregon. I’ve always enjoyed spending time outdoors, whether that’s biking local trails, sitting near the river, or simply observing nature around me. What first sparked my interest was watching the geese outside my apartment. Seeing them every day sparked my curiosity, so I began learning more about birds and eventually picked up a camera to capture what I was seeing.

Photography has become a way for me to slow down and pay closer attention to the world around me. I focus mainly on birds and local wildlife, and I’m constantly learning and improving with each outing.
